These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the electrical contracting services provided by 3G Electrical Services, LLC. By requesting an estimate, booking work, or using the site, you agree to these terms.
3G Electrical Services, LLC performs work described in a written estimate, change order, or contract. Schedules depend on labor availability, material lead times, utility coordination, and permit/inspection windows. Dates provided are good-faith targets and may be adjusted when circumstances outside our reasonable control require it.
Clients agree to provide safe access to work areas, accurate information about existing systems, and timely decisions on options or extras. Delays caused by restricted access, undisclosed hazards, or third-party holdups may affect completion dates and costs.
Quoted prices are based on information known at the time of the estimate. Additional work, code-driven corrections discovered during installation, or customer-requested changes may require change orders. Payment terms (including deposits, progress draws, and final invoicing) will be stated in your proposal or contract. Past-due balances may incur statutory interest or collection costs where permitted by law.
We stand behind our workmanship in accordance with any written warranty supplied for your project and applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3G Electrical Services, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services, except where such limitation is prohibited.
Where permits are required, we coordinate filing and inspections as agreed. Final approval rests with the authority having jurisdiction. If existing conditions violate current code, upgrades needed for a safe, legal installation may be priced separately.
Either party may terminate a project as set out in the governing contract or estimate, including notice and payment for work completed, materials ordered, and restocking fees if applicable. Upon termination, 3G Electrical Services, LLC will provide reasonable assistance to transfer documentation needed for future maintenance, subject to payment of outstanding amounts.
